CLIENT RESPONSIBILITES

Supplanter Counseling & Mediation is a business which is set up for people who are able to either keep their appointments or who are comfortable with paying for the appointment if for some reason they're unable to attend. If this is not a good fit for you, please refer to my Resource Page.

 

  • Clients understand that 60 min session is reserved for them. If a client cancels with less than 24 hour notice, they will be charged a late cancellation/missed appointment fee. You may always inquire whether there is an option to meet virtually if you are unable to attend an in-person session. 
     

  • While unexpected delays may sometimes occur, appointments are in high demand and advance notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
     

  • Clients are expected to schedule and attend appointments regularly. If we do not have contact for more than two weeks, clients will be discharged.

​If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please log into the client portal to send a Secure Message, or send an email or leave a voicemail.

Insurance & Self-Pay

​If I participate with your insurance carrier. I will submit claims on your behalf. However, you are ultimately responsible for any unpaid charges. It is important that you understand the coverage your plan provides ahead of beginning treatment. If you do not have insurance or prefer to self-pay, payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Self-Pay Fees

  • Intake - $250

  • Substance Use Intake - $300

  • SAP Evaluation - from $1000-$2000+

  • Individual Psychotherapy (60 min.) - $175

  • Crisis Session - $250

  • Family Session - $200

  • Divorce Mediation - Varies

  • Late Cancellations/No Shows - Fee for Session
